Bruschetta, sort of.

 

French loaf!
Die tomato, die!
List of characters: tomatoes, onions and garlic. Sadly, there wasn't any basil left in the fridge (such a vital ingredient!!!)
Now, I couldn't bring myself to eat raw onions or garlic, so I had to cook them a little.
With of course, the healthier alternative (this is a healthy meal, this is a healthy meal, say it with me). I swear I put in only a few drops.
Raw no more.
Onion and garlic, say hello to tomato.
Time to toast that loaf!
Pop them in the oven....
Crank up the heat, and set the time, and we're ready to go!

Voila! Oh, I did add a weeeee bit of salt and lots of jalapenos to add to the flavor.
